Account and data deletion

This page explains how to request deletion of your account and associated personal data for the The Wartime Vessels Association app, operated by The Wartime Vessels Association C.I.C.

This account deletion page applies to the Google Play app WVA (com.wva.wva), published by Gary G Fletcher at https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.wva.wva, and account deletion also includes any relevant Google Play data associated with your app account request.

How to delete your data

Two ways to request deletion

If you can still sign in to your The Wartime Vessels Association account, you can delete your account directly from your dashboard profile settings.

If you cannot access your account, use the form below. A director from The Wartime Vessels Association C.I.C. will review your request and contact you using the details you provide.

Use the public form if you cannot sign in or would like a director to assist with deleting your account data.

What will be deleted

  • Your app account and profile information linked to that account.
  • Personal data associated with your use of the app, unless we must retain specific records for legal, safeguarding, insurance, or regulatory reasons.
  • Where limited records must be retained, they will be restricted to the minimum required by law or governance obligations.
